Men’s Wearhouse approached my team to create a new digital ecosystem to elevate the in-store experience across all flagship locations. Their goals were clear:

We partnered with a design-build firm to test concepts with live focus groups and real customers, using in-store prototyping to refine interactive features based on direct feedback
Smart Tools That Empower the Experience
We introduced three key innovations to elevate the in-store journey. The Shirt Wall guided customers to their ideal fit and style through a quick digital quiz. The RFID Lay Down Table suggested complete outfits and product details when items were placed on it. The Rental App made tuxedo rentals simple, helping customers manage selections, track groomsmen, and connect with store associates in real time.

After testing and refining prototypes, we launched the tools in Men’s Wearhouse flagship stores. Each experience was designed to blend into the store’s upscale aesthetic and work intuitively. Associates were trained to use the tools to enhance service, drive engagement, and increase sales.
